Ashford at Geneva is a pet-friendly apartment community in Geneva, IL, complete with an on-site dog park and green space for daily walks. A one-time pet fee of $250 and pet rent of $35 per month apply, charged per pet.
Breed restrictions: the following breeds are not permitted — Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Akita, Presa Canario, and Wolf-Hybrid. Please contact the leasing office for full pet policy details and guidelines.
